How Scully's Mobile Automated Fueling System Works
Scully's SAFS® Mobile is an automatic, hassle-free mobile fuel management system. Simply place the nozzle into the fuel tank fill pipe of the vehicle you are refueling to activate the entire system.

There are no keys or cards to lose or bar codes that degrade with the environment. Instead the receiving fill tank is the authorizing agent! That's it, no training is required to operate the system! Never again will your driver have to re-set his meter or write manual tickets. It's all transmitted automatically! The Scully Mobile System Controller Unit mounts inside the tanker truck cab and can control up to three fuel hoses. The controller can store 1,000 fueling transactions in its memory, data can be downloaded to a host PC either remotely via cellular or landline modem or direct RS-232 cable. The controller features a user interface with LCD and alphanumeric keypad and backup battery that charges while the engine is running, ensuring the controller maintains power even when the ignition switch is off. The Mobile System Controller Unit is connected via the communications cable to the nozzle transceiver coil affixed to the nozzle spout.
